AAAHHH SO GOOD!! I don’t care whatever people are going to say I LOVED it and I actually think all the filler/fanserve/additions were well done and mostly fit right in. Honestly the elf scenes were kinda obnoxious and, no details but, there was some really unusual non-canon shipping that was pretty annoying and made no sense at all; but otherwise, I was super happy! Importantly it felt just right and BENEDICT!SMAUG AND MARTINMYLITTLEWATSONHOBBIT I JUST. YES. AH. No spoilers so just. AAAHHHHHHH

I think seriously my only other actual complaint was it was so dark and the bright flashes through the whole thing were so retina-meltingly bright but whatever it was probably because it was packed and we had to sit too close. I will  maybe say more about all of it later when I can be coherent; it’s 4am and I am exhausted but on top of coffee earlier I drank half that huge cup of pop. Oops. So much for that shiny fixed sleep schedule…
