Yeeeah I’m majorly grossed out by the whole thing. Crossovers that are clearly just marketing ploys and shameless milking of popular titles…it’s an all-time low. Think the ignoring is the only way to go. (and I LIKE both marvel and snk!Ugh.)

I think that’s why I find it pretty unappealing. It worries me that people are gonna buy into it, but I’m not, and I’m not going to tell anyone else not to. You know it’s gonna be all over the cons, though, and the only reason I’m not begrudging this entirely is because it may be a good chance for me to stand out even more. c:

YEP! And I wouldn’t be so disgusted I think if I felt like it was coming from anyplace besides smashing money makers together to make more merch and more money. People will buy into it and it’ll work and who knows what crossovers will come spewing out next? It’s the whole cycle that gets me down, especially being torn feeling like I want to support the things I like so that my tastes will be further represented following their success and also knowing that if I do so it perpetuates a soul-less cycle of consumerism /sigh. there’s no winning.

ok so omg I’m not quite sure how I feel about this. I mean, firstly, I’m gonna watch it and I’m excited (I can’t not watch it at this point I think lo); but secondly, honestly it’s already so dragged out that I’m a little worried what another season of stretching thinning plot is going to do?

I’m kinda beyond caring what happens anyway since I’m in the boat that considers Swan Song kinda the end of the canon series (since then I’ve been enjoying it don’t get me wrong but…it’s not quite the same after season five and I’ve stopped expecting it to be.) I do hope they make some changes if they’re gonna keep running though I love the show too much to see it just taper out into the characters taking turns with the angst/guilt/man!pain forever because dear god I feel like they’ve run out of exits on that road without some really new damn material. Otherwise I’m ready for the wrapup but I would also want them to have a chance to do that properly so yeah tl:dr I am glad they’re renewing I should shut up I’m sorry .3.
