It makes me so sad there’s people like that at all but geez there’s so many. At least to counteract it, some of the most talented famous people I’ve met were also the nicest? Anybody…

SERIOUSLY! I wish I could really show people how they look/act sometimes in an objective light. Everyone started somewhere and no matter how good or recognized you are, you are not owed fans or money or even respect if you aren’t someone who works to deserve it.

I just can’t understand how anyone (artist especially) can come up surrounded by the talent that exists in abundance online these days and not feel humble. I know it’s hard for some artists to deal with the social side of selling/promoting their work because lots of us learned to draw because we’re introverted in the first place lmao but again that’s just not an excuse to actively be elitist.

There’s always going to be people of all sorts that just feed on attention and drama though, it just makes me extra sad when immaturity on that level rears its head with people who are so talented or popular because you’d think getting so far with putting yourself out there that you’ve achieved that…well some responsibility should come with it to those who support you and look up to you. I hate seeing “professionals” who are too self-absorbed to remember that they’re also role models.
